Buy Copper Bullion Bars
Buying copper bullion bars are a great way to invest and retain some assets in copper.
The bars are not very expensive, at least not as much as gold or even silver, and are easily obtainable from precious metal dealers and even on eBay.
Of course they are also easier to manage and store than copper pennies which require laborious counting and keeping together when stored. A copper bar is simple. One! There you are, you have counted it. On the other hand when it comes to selling copper bars you don't get the same discount to current bullion value you would expect. With pennies, however, you can accumulate them at least for their face value if needed and get a return. Having said that, there are probably more advantages to buying copper bullion bars than copper pennies.
One of which is the cost. Copper bullion bars come in a variety of sizes and weights but all are or should be .999 fine copper. The premium or mark up on copper bullion bars will be a lot less than on pennies or copper coins. Mostly due to the work required on producing and manufacturing copper coins but also due to the quantity of copper being bought.
Weights range from eight ounces up, so you can buying copper bullion bars ten and twelve ounce bars also. I have seen 16 ounce bars and bigger and at today's copper prices, this is not a bad buy. Of course you can go to town and get five kilo bars or bars by the pound even.
Some of the mints that produce copper bullion bars are, Jetco Metals, The Copper Cave, and Tacoma Copper to name a few.
Jetco do not seem to be operational any longer but some of their bars are still around. Possibly you can buy them on eBay but the bidding can be fierce.
The Copper Cave: Website coppercave.com, is a division of Susquehanna Hobbies, owned and operated by an engineering student with a strong interest in sound money and commodity investment. They offer a range of products such as:

Aluminum
Copper
Gold
Indium
Nickel
Palladium
Platinum
Silver
Titanium
among others.
Tacoma Copper: Webasite shop.bestcopperbars.com/main.sc, is a small company located in Tacoma, Washington. They sell only copper. Copper bullion for the investor is still in its infancy and the larger precious bullion companies have not latched onto this yet. Tacoms only sells copper, bars as well as coins.
Both companies ship local and International and accept Paypal.
So, copper bullion bars are becoming more popular, possibly due not only to the low initial cost, but also because they look just as nice or nicer in some peoples view, than silver and, dare I say it, gold?
As with any purchase of precious metals or copper, doing some due diligence is advisible. Majke sure you know the dealer, can contact them easily and they respond. Do they have a returns policy and offer insurance for delivery? These are the sort of questions one should ask when buying copper online.
Given the above there is no reason why you should not have fun and enjoy buying copper bullion bars.
